News:

Regarding recent submissions can be found in the Crux Australis Monthly (e)Letter, CAMeL.

The progress of those already sent on to the Sovereigns of Arms can be tracked on OSCAR.

You do not require a log-in on either of these sites to view the submissions.

 

Cost:

All submission fees are to be paid out of Kingdom funds until further notice.  That means that the Kingdom covers your costs, so you can submit for free.  This will extend at least until the end of 2011.

 

Copies required:

Names

Make four (4) copies of the Name form and of ALL documentation. The copies of your name submission are distributed as follows:-

• One for your files
• One for your group herald's files
• One for the Crux Australis files
• One for Laurel's Files

Only the last two should be sent to Rocket.

Devices and Badges

Make six (6) COLOUR copies plus one OUTLINE copy. The colour copies should use bold, heraldically correct colours, preferably done with colourfast felt tip pen.

N.B The use of crayon, gel pens, metallic pen, faint coloured pencil, colour printers, and colour photocopiers is unacceptable.  Any submission using these will be returned.

The outline copy should be a line drawing with only small sable [black] details such as ermine spots (if any) coloured in. Please make the lines bold to assist in scanning ­— We recommend that the outline version be drawn first, fill in your details and blazon, then copy it and colour in the copies.

 

The copies of your device submission are distributed as follows:

• One for your files
• One for your group herald's files
• One for The Crux Australis files (the Black & White one is used by the Crux Deputy for administrative purposes)
• One for the Lochac Scribes
• One for Laurel's Files
• One for the offsite backup Files

Only the last four (4) plus the outline copy should be sent to Rocket.

 

Blanket Permissions to Conflict: Name

Make four (4) copies of the permision to conflict. The copies are distributed as follows:

• One for your files
• One for your group heralds files
• One for The Crux Australis files
• One for Laurel's Files

Only the last two (2) should be sent to Rocket.
