This is Basilisk, the commentary forum for the Lochac College of Heralds. All members of the populace are welcome to browse the submissions. If you sign up as a herald, you can also see and contribute to the commentary, but this is not available to non-heralds.
Submissions fall into four categories:
For Discussion - submissions being considered for inclusion on the next Letter of Intent. This is where you should go first, to add your wisdom and/or opinions to the commentary.
On LoI - these have been placed on recent Letter of Intents to the College of Arms for eventual registration, with a little luck.
Returned - these have been returned at the kingdom level, usually for administrative reasons or because of a conflict.
Archived - these are old submissions, already dealt with. They're kept here purely for educational purposes.
