This is the reporting schedule for the kingdom, as of February 2013 (it was optional in January). Note the essential details for heralds, who are included in "Officers":
- Canton, College and incipient group heralds: reports due the 15th of January, April, July and October.
- Baronial and Shire heralds: reports due 15th of February, May, August and November.
- Kingdom Principal Herald: reports due last day of February, May, August and November.
That means that baronial and shire heralds have a month to incorporate the reports from their subordinates in cantons and colleges, then Crux Australis has a fortnight to incorporate those reports into his report to the kingdom and the Laurel King of Arms.
