will be held on the weekend of Friday 21st - Sunday 23rd, February 2014.
This year's theme: An Evening with Shakespeare.
The event will be held at Camp Kariong. (Formerly Kariong Scout Camp) Woy Woy Rd, Kariong. NSW.
Site opens: 5pm Friday night
Site closes: 11am Sunday morning.

Or, complete and email to email@example.com. Upon receipt of your booking form we will send you a reference number and direct deposit instructions to make your payment.
Includes: Accommodation and meals from Friday evening through to Sunday breakfast which include soup/stew Friday night, breakfast x 2, lunch Saturday, morning/mid-afternoon teas on Saturday, and Shakespearean themed feast Saturday night. Alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages available for sampling by the Rusty Helm Tavern team. Please inform us if you have any food intolerances or any special dietary requirements prior to the event, as well as any medical requirements. Accommodation is the choice of a dorm bed (please bring own bedding), or you can camp.
For wayfarers we can provide billeting before/after event upon request. There will be a Rapier Tourney Saturday morning, a Rose Tourney Saturday afternoon, as well as classes/collegia during the day. Then comes the Saturday night festivities with frivolity, entertainment and competitions.
For there are purses of gold to be won.
The competitions held at Saturday night feast are as follows:
A & S Competition Information: There are three separate competitions for Rhythm & Brews. They are:
1. Entertainment: During the feast on the Saturday night we will be calling for those of you who wish to enter to stand up and perform for Their Excellencies and the assembled populace. You can provide entertainment in any form that inspires. The assembled feasters are your judges for the evening, with a prize to the overall favourite.
2. Brewing - Non-alcoholic - Brew your best non-alcoholic beverage and bring it along to be tasted by the gathered populace. Please bring along your documentation which includes a list of ingredients.
3. Brewing - Alcoholic - Brew your best alcoholic beverage and bring it along to be tasted by the gathered populace. Please bring along your documentation which includes a list of ingredients.
A prize will be awarded on the night to the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages voted most popular. Each prize is a purse of 50 gold.
