Welcome to the College of St CrispinWelcome...Welcome to the home page of the College of Saint Crispin, within the boundaries of the Barony of Mordenvale , in the Kingdom of Lochac . St Crispin's is a medieval recreation group based at the University of Newcastle, Australia. We are part of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) a worldwide medieval reenactment group. We fight, make medieval clothing, armour, chainmail... group. The SCA is a group that likes to relive life as it was in medieval times (with a few mor odern amenities thrown in for good measure, for example dome tents, port-a-loos and utes to transport our stuff). We fight, make medieval clothing, armour, chainmail, belts, earthenware and fun things like forts and trebuchets. We also get into calligraphy and illumination, embroidery, brewing, writing, story telling, singing, dancing, leatherwork, feasting, wenching, acting and saying "waa gibber gibber" a lot.. St Crispin's local groups is the Barony of Mordenvale, also based in Newcastle. Mundanely, St Crispin is the Newcastle University Chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism , situated in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia. College NewsSt Crispin's Newcomers Feast!
